The first order is to clear out the 2 1/2 acres of land and everything in it’s space within a 1/2 of a block square radius around development area that may cause shade.
Once area is cleared, replace all pipe lines as far as water storm, SEWER, and mane.
Grade up the land to the standard height so development area can have the right State, local, and Federal government regulations and codes.
START THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE HOMES AND LANDSCAPE!
Connection of Solar Units Fitted for each property and designed space in The Community Solar Project. Also each home equipped with energy efficient equipment and Led lights.
The building of the Community Solar Substations in other unoccupied spaces within 2 blocks of development to generate more power to the Community and Grid.
The Completion of the Project and test runs to see if the it meets all government standards.
